My Name is Mr. Venkatesh, completes 12 years of partnering with Cap Mark in their Management and Organizational Leadership development initiatives and is a true Business Management professional, passionately devoted to organization’s success, ethical in actions, and meticulous in its methods. Doing what is right is at the heart of how its work. I am innately grateful to organizations for placing their implicit and unwavering trust in me. I express heartfelt gratitude to partners who transcended all expectations in extending their support. I develop deep and meaningful knowledge of organizations challenges, offer honest guidance, and provide the true support. Also, a huge Thank You to all our Associate Facilitators who helped me in making a difference. I simply cannot overlook the contribution of all our valuable employees; some visited, some lingered on. But each of you had left a distinct mark here. I cannot thank you enough. I eagerly await new challenges with a potential to be converted to opportunities, possibilities and milestones…never stop exploring!!!
